Ingredients
Salad Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken or shredded turkey from 1 whole chicken
- 1/2 head chopped cabbage

- 1/2 tsp Oriental flavor packet from ramen or olive flavor packet (optional)
Dressing
- 2 T sugar
- 1/2 C oil
- 2 T sesame oil
- 1 tsp MSG or flavor packet

- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 T vinegar
Instructions
- Combine all salad ingredients (chicken, cabbage, green onions, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and optional flavor packet) in a large bowl.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing or blending the sugar, oil, sesame oil, MSG/flavor packet, salt, pepper, and vinegar.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
- Add noodles at the end and toss well to combine.
Notes
