  • 3 cups cooked chicken or shredded turkey from 1 whole chicken
  • 1/2 head chopped cabbage

Dressing

  • 2 T sugar
  • 1/2 C oil
  • 2 T sesame oil
  • 1 tsp MSG or flavor packet
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 T vinegar

Instructions

  • Combine all salad ingredients (chicken, cabbage, green onions, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and optional flavor packet) in a large bowl.
  • Prepare the dressing by mixing or blending the sugar, oil, sesame oil, MSG/flavor packet, salt, pepper, and vinegar.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad.
  • Add noodles at the end and toss well to combine.
