Ingredients
  

Egg Mixture

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash nutmeg
  • dash cayenne
  • 1 C cheese shredded
  • 1 C meat & veggies chopped and mixed

Other

  • 1 uncooked pie crust

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the veggies briefly.
  • Put the meat/veggie mixture on the bottom of an uncooked pie crust.
  • Mix the eggs, milk, salt, nutmeg, and cayenne together to create the egg mixture.
  • Add 1/2 cup of the cheese over the meat/veggie mixture in the pie crust.
  • Cover the contents with the egg mixture.
  • Top with the rest of the cheese (the remaining 1/2 cup).
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
