
Swedish Oven Pancake

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2½ cups milk
- ½ cup butter melted
- 3 Tablespoons sugar heaping
- 1 teaspoon salt scant
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and use a little butter to grease a 10×13 pan.
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Pour mixture into pan and bake for 20-30 minutes or until puffy in the middle.

- Powdered sugar and lemon juice
- Sour cream and strawberry jam
