Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • cups milk
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar heaping
  • 1 teaspoon salt scant
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and use a little butter to grease a 10x13 pan.
  • Combine all ingredients in blender.
  • Pour mixture into pan and bake for 20-30 minutes or until puffy in the middle.

  • Powdered sugar and lemon juice
  • Sour cream and strawberry jam
