Ingredients

  • 5 cups chopped apples peeled
  • 2 tbsps sour cream
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold butter

Instructions

  • Line 9" pie plate with pastry. Flute edges.
  • In bowl combine all ingredients together.
  • For topping: Combine flour and sugar in bowl, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Bake at 375°F for 45-50 minutes.
