Ingredients

Salad Ingredients

  • 3-4 C finely chopped broccoli or cauliflower
  • 4 strips bacon fried and crumbled
  • 1/2 C sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 C raisins

Sauce (Dressing)

  • 1 C mayo
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 2 T sugar

Instructions

  • Combine the finely chopped broccoli (or cauliflower), crumbled bacon, sunflower seeds, and raisins in a large bowl.
  • Prepare the sauce by mixing the 1 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of sugar together until well combined.
  • Pour the sauce over the salad mixture and toss until all ingredients are coated.

Notes

You can vary the salad by substituting or adding cauliflower and celery.
