Place in 9" spring form. Add to top and cover entire surface with the fruit.

Sprinkle top with
1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp cinnamon
Bake at 350° for one hour.
Notes
Substitute plums with any mixture of the following: 1 pint blueberries, sliced apples, sliced peaches, or apricots. Delicious when served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Best served slightly warm. Refresh in oven, if desired.
