Good Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cups brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1⅓ cups bananas about 4 or 5 bananas

Instructions

  • Sift together:
    4 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt
  • Cream:
    1½ cups brown sugar, ½ cup butter
  • Add:
    2 eggs, 1⅓ cups bananas
  • Makes 2 loaves, bake at 350℉ for about 1 hour.
