Instructions
Prepare a 13x9 inch pan by covering the base with crushed graham crackers.
Dissolve the 1 lb of marshmallow in a double boiler.
Add the 1 cup of milk to the dissolved marshmallow and cool slightly.
Fold in the small can of crushed pineapple, pinch of salt, and 1 tsp of vanilla.
Fold in the 1 pint of whipped cream.
Pour the marshmallow mixture over the graham cracker base in the prepared pan.
Sprinkle the top with additional crushed graham crackers. Chill until set.
