
Tim’s Stir Fry Sauce
Handwritten recipe for homemade stir fry sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp cooking wine or sherry
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- corn starch to thicken
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except corn starch in a bowl.
- To thicken, mix corn starch with a little water to make a slurry and stir into the sauce over heat until desired consistency.
