Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp cooking wine or sherry
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • corn starch to thicken

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except corn starch in a bowl.
  • To thicken, mix corn starch with a little water to make a slurry and stir into the sauce over heat until desired consistency.
