Ingredients
  

Base and Filling

  • 1 lb marshmallow
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pt whipped cream
  • crushed graham crackers for base and sprinkling on top

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a 13×9 inch pan by covering the base with crushed graham crackers.
  • Dissolve the 1 lb of marshmallow in a double boiler.
  • Add the 1 cup of milk to the dissolved marshmallow and cool slightly.
  • Fold in the small can of crushed pineapple, pinch of salt, and 1 tsp of vanilla.
  • Fold in the 1 pint of whipped cream.
  • Pour the marshmallow mixture over the graham cracker base in the prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle the top with additional crushed graham crackers. Chill until set.
