- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cups chicken cooked and cut up
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup onion chopped
- 1 tsp salt to taste
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 jar pimiento drained
- 1/4 cups almonds slivered and toasted
- 1/3 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup halved seedless green grapes
- 2 melons for rings
- 8 cups salad greens crisp
Get Recipe Ingredients
In medium bowl, pour lemon juice over chicken. Add celery, onion, salt, pepper, pimiento, almonds, mayo, and grapes. Cover and chill.
Cut the melon into rings. Spoon salad into center of melon rings.
