Hot Crab Dip

Creamy hot crab dip with Swiss cheese elements, Jessie's favorite

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp mayonaise
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 lb crab meat

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except crab meat in a double boiler.
  • Stir until thick.
  • Add crab meat and stir to combine.
  • Transfer to chafing dish and serve hot.
