
Hot Crab Dip
Creamy hot crab dip with Swiss cheese elements, Jessie’s favorite
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 tbsp mayonaise
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 lb crab meat
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except crab meat in a double boiler.
- Stir until thick.
- Add crab meat and stir to combine.
- Transfer to chafing dish and serve hot.
